Error upon install

First off let me say, this script is great!

Now my problem is that when i come to install the script on my server step=c does not show

i have tried deleting the files and reinstalling using a different database but i still get the issue over and over again

is this common and is there a way to fix it

i appreciate any help

also where can i currently get a copy of the script while the download page is down

Download Page Is Working Now!
It Was Down Because They Had Updates In site

info: he means user and password of the admin
and he will fix it for you because he is the programmer of the script and he know better than us in it

Well i finally got the script to install after days of trying but now when i upload the IPhone style it doesnt show correctly

re-upload the style folder
upload it with File manger in Cpanel
