Admin panel login problem

I can not seem to connect to the admin panel, when I enter the login and password, the page does nothing and can not be accessed on the panel.

I already use the file fix.php and did not change anything to my problem, I esssayer different on different PC and connection do anything it does not work!

there is no page where all files listed in public ..
links of files can be changed from acp settings to fit what you want ...
every user has a files folder which can be closed by his choice or yours.
